Prices

All prices are correct at time of going to press, and do not include postage or packaging. We reserve the right to change them. I do not charge VAT.

Your Privacy

All the details that you give will not be passed on to anyone, or any company. We will however, keep your records on file for any future correspondence if appropriate.

Bags

Please note the dimensions of the bag before you buy. All bags are subject to availability and a email will be sent to each customer confirming their purchase. Bags will be despatched within 3 days, but if you need a bag really quickly, then please email us and we can sort something out sooner for you. No worries.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to do a return or exchange please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the bag. Please return the bag in its packaging, unused and undamaged (just so you know - we’ve got a pretty keen eye!) within 28 days. Please return it to Blissful Bags, 13 Woodcote Drive, Leek Wootton, Warwickshire, CV35 7QA. A full refund (less postage) will then be given, or, if you wish to exhange it for another one, then please give us the details of the new bag you wish to exchange it for in your email.

Third Party Orders

Blissful Bags aim to provide customer confidence and peace of mind whilst shopping on the internet. To help protect our customers and in the prevention of credit card fraud, it is our company policy to obtain the cardholder's signed authority in the event of a 'third party' order/transaction. Or if Worldpay flag the payment as a 'caution' or 'warning' for any reason.

No order will be despatched unless we are satisfied with the
results of strict checks made by Worldpay and ourselves.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud
or where false details are given.
The payment will be automatically refunded less charges made by Worldpay.

Trade Descriptions Act

Every care is taken to ensure that all the descriptions on the site are correct. Photographs of the bags are as accurate as we can get them, but due to the bags being handmade they may vary slightly in size and colour.
